Recover your account
For security, recovery always waits 72 hours. Your signed-in devices are alerted and can cancel it if it wasn't you. Shield support cannot speed this up or recover accounts.
Shield will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key, and never asks you to move funds. A recovery code is not a seed phrase.
